Service Agreement
By booking services with Walks By Virginia, you agree to provide accurate information about your dog(s), including health conditions, behavioral concerns, and dietary requirements. You authorize us to seek emergency veterinary care if deemed necessary during your dog's stay.
Booking & Cancellation
Booking requests are reviewed and confirmed within a few hours. A complimentary meet & greet is required for all first-time clients. Cancellation policies and any applicable fees will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Liability & Veterinary Care
You are responsible for all veterinary charges incurred during your dog's stay. We maintain the right to refuse service to any dog that poses a safety risk to other animals or people. Dogs must be current on vaccinations and free of contagious illness.
